Get what you're owed.
The Accessor listens to your story — in your own words, in your own language — and finds every benefit, grant, and entitlement you may be missing.
Free. No account needed. Works on any phone.
How it works
No forms. No jargon. Just talk.
Speak
Talk naturally about your life. Your health, your home, your family. No right or wrong answers.
We listen
AI extracts the facts that matter — gently prompting if something important is missing.
You get forms
Pre-filled official government PDFs. Review them, sign them, send them. That simple.
The system is broken
£15+ billion in UK benefits goes unclaimed every year.
1 in 3 eligible people don't claim what they're owed
Government forms are 40+ pages of jargon
Citizens Advice is overwhelmed — 6-week waiting lists
People give up. They lose money they desperately need.
I built The Accessor because I watched someone I love struggle through this exact system. Forms they couldn't read. Entitlements they didn't know existed. Months of stress that could have been a 10-minute conversation.
— Pauly Silver, creator of The Accessor
Let's talk about AI
You're right to ask. Here's exactly what happens.
What the AI does
The AI listens to what you say and extracts facts: "chronic back pain", "single parent", "difficulty with heating bills". It matches these against 106+ UK benefit schemes to find what you might be eligible for. It does not make decisions. It does not diagnose. It does not submit anything on your behalf.
Where your data goes
Local mode (when available): On Apple silicon Macs, AI runs entirely on-device. Your words never leave your machine.
Cloud mode: When on-device isn't available, your transcript is sent to a secure AI provider, processed, and immediately discarded. We don't store it. We don't train on it. We can't read it back.
Safeguarding: If the AI detects signs of crisis (suicidal thoughts, domestic abuse), it pauses immediately and shows support resources. This is built into the core.
What the AI does NOT do
- ✗
Submit any forms automatically — you review everything
- ✗
Store your personal data
- ✗
Train on your conversations
- ✗
Make medical diagnoses
- ✗
Replace human advice from Citizens Advice or welfare rights
- ✗
Charge you money — The Accessor is and will remain free
The legal bit
Clear about what this is — and what it isn't.
Not official government advice
The Accessor is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with DWP, HMRC, or any government department. Eligibility suggestions are estimates based on what you tell us — the final decision always rests with the relevant authority. Always verify before acting.
Your forms, your control
The Accessor generates pre-filled PDF forms for you to review. Nothing is submitted automatically. You download the forms, check every field, and submit them yourself by post, online, or in person. You are always in control.
Safeguarding first
If anything you say suggests you're in crisis, the app pauses immediately. No data is processed further. You see a warm screen with phone numbers for Samaritans (116 123), National Domestic Abuse Helpline (0808 2000 247), and SHOUT text support (text "SHOUT" to 85258).
Ready to find what you're owed?
It takes about 10 minutes. You just talk. We'll handle the rest.
